MasterChef India winner Pankaj Bhadouria diagnosed with breast cancer, seeks prayers

Celebrity chef and MasterChef India Season 1 winner Pankaj Bhadouria has revealed that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer and has appealed for prayers and support from her fans.
The chef shared the news through an emotional message on social media, stating that she wanted to inform her followers personally as they are like an extended family to her. She also expressed hope and faith during her treatment journey.
In a video posted on her Instagram Story, Bhadouria said, “I just wanted to share with you all that I have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Right now, I truly need your prayers and support. As they say, prayers work miracles. So please keep me in your prayers.”
She also shared a photograph from the hospital, along with another update showing her undergoing medical tests. In one of the posts, she described the hospital environment as “not a happy place to be,” while continuing her treatment process.
Pankaj Bhadouria rose to fame after winning the first season of MasterChef India in 2010, becoming the show’s inaugural champion. Before entering the culinary world, she worked as an English teacher for over 16 years.
After her win, she built a successful career as a television chef and host, featuring in shows such as Chef Pankaj Ka Zayka, Kifayati Kitchen, and 3 Course with Pankaj. She also runs a popular digital presence through her cooking content on social media and YouTube.
Fans and followers have since extended messages of support as she begins her treatment journey.
