Innov8 adds 100 seats at ISBT Centre in Raipur

In a significant boost to Chhattisgarh’s growing startup and innovation ecosystem, Innov8 has added an additional 100 seats workspace capacity at the ISBT centre in Raipur in partnership with the Raipur Municipal Corporation.

The initiative is aimed at supporting the state government’s vision of promoting entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and employment generation in emerging cities.

With this initiative, the total capacity has grown to 350 seats, with a growing number of startups, digital-first businesses, consulting firms, and independent professionals seeking flexible and professionally managed workspaces.

Speaking on the development, Ritesh Agarwal, Founder and CEO of PRISM (corporate parent of Innov8) said, “Raipur represents the immense potential that India’s emerging cities hold for the future of entrepreneurship and innovation. Through Innov8’s expansion at the ISBT center, we are deepening our commitment to building world-class infrastructure as we believe the next generation of successful Indian companies will emerge not just from metros, but from ambitious cities like Raipur that are rapidly evolving into vibrant economic and innovation hubs.”

The center is equipped with a technology-driven environment with high-speed internet, smart screens, cloud storage, along with flexible seating options, private cabins, meeting and conference rooms, collaborative breakout zones, ergonomic workstations, power backup, centralized housekeeping, and secure access systems. Designed to boost productivity and collaboration, the workspace also provides community engagement opportunities, networking events, and seamless connectivity to key commercial and transit hubs across the city.

The expansion is expected to create 150–200 direct and indirect employment opportunities across technology, consulting, services, and allied sectors.
