Education Man of Uttar Pradesh laid the foundation of the Mission - Shikshit Uttar Pradesh 2047
The great vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 by honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has given global strength to Bharat. Following the footprints of the great torch bearer and motivation of Honorable Prime Minister & Honorable Chief Minister Sh. Yogi Adityanath Ji Maharaj who aims to make Uttar Pradesh, "The Uttam Pradesh" of the nation by the mission Viksit Uttar Pradesh 2047.
To give strength to Viksit Uttar Pradesh 2047, Pilot Rakesh Tyagi laid the foundation of the vision "Shikshit Uttar Pradesh 2047". Pilot Rakesh Tyagi calls his efforts a "Gilhari Prayas" to support the great leadership. He says that no society can progress towards development, until it is fully educated. Pilot Rakesh Tyagi is the National President of Rashtriya Shikshan Sansthan Sangathan which has 4500 member schools in PAN India and 2200 member schools across Uttar Pradesh. For achieving this aim he has been organising award ceremonies for increasing the honour of teachers, motivating the achievements of students by organizing educational fests, patriotic events to generate the feeling of nationalism and skill-based competitions at PAN India level.
Development of the State should be like Ram Rajaya
In this year, various social organisations organised Hindu Sammelans across India. Pilot Rakesh Tyagi with the members of Rashtriya Shikshan Sansthan Sangathan became the only organisation in the entire country to organise the only Hindu Shikshak Sammelan on 14 February 2026. The event was dedicated to Lord Ram by teachers and school management, in which the teachers of Meerut Division united in Ghaziabad to participate in Sunder Kand Path. The teachers in the event chanted the slogans of Jai Shri Ram. In this Hindu Shikshak Sammelan, Pilot Rakesh Tyagi said that the development of the State should be like Ram Rajaya. Teachers experienced that Lord Ram is the symbol of Calmness, Unity and Prosperity.
Role of School Association in Politics
Former MLC Late Sh. O.P. Sharma, posed a major challenge for the Bharatiya Janata Party in the 2019 MLC elections. Having won continuously for 48 years, he had set the Guinness Book of World Record. Following the announcement of the election, the party high command felt it was crucial to bring an expert in this field on board to secure the victory. With 2,200 member educational institutions in Uttar Pradesh, the Rashtriya Shikshan Sansthan Sangathan wields influence over 1.5 lakh teachers and approximately 45 lakh parents are associated with the education sector. It was for this reason that Pilot Rakesh Tyagi was appointed as the coordinator for three districts that were crucial from an electoral point of view. Under his leadership, the educational institutions undertook exemplary work, resulting in the defeat of a stalwart leader for this seat. The winds of political change surrounding this crucial seat influenced the MLC elections across Uttar Pradesh. Subsequently, the BJP appointed pilot Rakesh Tyagi as the regional convener for Western Uttar Pradesh.
Motivating the future of Nation
On 17 Jan 2026, Rashtriya Shikshan Sansthan Sangathan under the leadership of Pilot Rakesh Tyagi organised Baacho Ke Mann Ki Baat Modi Ji Ke Sath in Namo Book Fest at Dr. Ambedkar International Center, New Delhi. In this event 2500 students and 1000 teachers of 500 schools from Kashmir to Kerala participated to make it a grand success. Students gave an article for the book published in the event on how Parishka Par Charcha program by PM Narendra Modi ji helped them to build a strong career and motivated students for their examinations. Recently Rashtriya Shikshan Sansthan Sangathan under his leadership published the book "Shikshit Uttar Pradesh 2047", in which 2450 teachers of Uttar Pradesh gave their articles in the favour of the UP Government under the leadership of Sh. Yogi Adityanath Ji Maharaj.
Pilot Rakesh Tyagi also organised Prerna Achievers Award 2026 in Saraswati Vidhya Mandir in Muzaffarnagar on 21st May'2026, DLF Public School in Ghaziabad on 22nd May' 2026, Saraswati Vidhya Mandir in Noida on 25th May' 2026 and in Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut on 29th May' 2026, involving the honouring of 2100 students and 700 teachers of entire Meerut and Saharanpur Division for their outstanding performance in board examination. According to him, the future of the nation and teachers will be motivated by such events which will lead to increase the interest of the society towards better education and skill development. Pilot Rakesh Tyagi said that, "Rashtriya Shikshan Sansthan Sangathan will keep on conducting various events to make the education reachable to all and make the true verdict of Right to Education for all the young ones and accomplish the vision of Shikshit Uttar Pradesh 2047".
Demands of Rashtriya Shikshan Sansthan Sangathan from the Government
To strengthen 'Mission Shikshit Uttar Pradesh 2047', Pilot Rakesh Tyagi demanded an increase in the reimbursement fund—currently ₹450 per month—provided for the 25% of children receiving free education in public schools under the RTE quota. Additionally, he requested that free medical facilities by the state government should be extended to the private school teachers, similar to the government teachers. Also, the government should protect the dignity of school teachers and school management with safety laws to ensure the smooth working of school with respect and without any hindrance.
