Dhairya retains top spot in ACAD QUAD school category

Dhairya Pandey of Don Bosco Academy, Patna, has retained his top national rank for the second consecutive month in the School category of the online crossword challenge ACAD QUAD. The results for June of the year-long contest have been announced.

The remaining three categories — College, Senior, and Global — have seen new winners. Om Kumar Jha of NIT Manipur topped the College category, while R. Uma of Chennai secured first position in the Senior category. In the Global category, veteran Ramki Krishnan stood at the apex of the merit list.

The 2nd and 3rd positions across the four categories also featured several new winners, indicating increased participation from crossword enthusiasts. In the School category, Prashant Kumar Lency of Allen Career Institute, Kota, and Sahil Kumar of Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Residential School, Bharra, Begusarai, Bihar, won the 2nd and 3rd spots, respectively. 

In the College category, Shivam Kumar Jha of IIIT Manipur and Pranav Kumar Jha of Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology secured 2nd and 3rd positions.

The Senior category saw Sree Prakash of Ernakulam and N. Rengaswamy of Chennai take 2nd and 3rd place.
