CM Saini chairs district public relations and grievance committee meeting in Sirsa

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Thursday chaired the meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievance Committee in Sirsa, where he heard public grievances relating to various departments. Of the 19 complaints placed before the committee, 18 were resolved and disposed of on the spot, while one complaint was deferred to the next meeting. Former Governor of Odisha, Prof Ganeshi Lal, was also present.

Parmjeet Singh, a resident of village Ganga, complained that Sultan Singh of village Jhutti Khera had died on June 11, 2000, had never married, and that his 40 kanals and one marla of land had allegedly been transferred through a forged will. The Chief Minister directed that the matter be investigated by the Vigilance Department. Earlier, the case had been examined by the District Revenue Officer.

The Chief Minister also ordered an inquiry into the solar panels installed by M/s Som Corporation, Hisar. The matter was raised during the meeting by Vinod Kumar of village Gudia Khera, who stated that despite applying on December 18, 2024, and making the required payment, the company neither installed the solar panels nor refunded the amount. Similar complaints regarding the same company and alleged irregularities in solar panel installations were also brought before the meeting.

The Chief Minister directed action against the police official found at fault in connection with a complaint filed by Kamlesh Kaur of Dhani Satnam, Rania police station area, in an assault case.
