11th All India Police Judo Cluster Championship 2026 concludes

The 11th All India Police Judo Cluster Championship 2026, hosted by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) under the aegis of the All India Police Sports Control Board (AIPSCB), concluded on Friday with a closing ceremony held at the GMC Balayogi Indoor Stadium, Gachibowli and Hyderabad. The ceremony was graced by CV Anand, IPS, Director General of Police (HoPF), Telangana, as the chief guest, along with Vijay Prakash, IPS, ADG/HQrs, CISF, Sambandan S IPS (representing DIB), Harpreet Kaur (Director, NISA, Hyderabad), AIPSCB officials, State dignitaries, and members of the media.
As per the points system, Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) emerged as the overall champions with 24 Gold, 20 Silver and 23 Bronze medals, thereby securing 203 points. CISF secured the Runners-up position with 25 Gold, 16 Silver and 25 Bronze medals (total 198 points), while Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) finished third with 10 Gold, 21 Silver and 26 Bronze medals (139 points).
The championship saw competition across five disciplines, the results of which are as follows: Judo — Champions: SSB; Runners-up: BSF; Third: Uttar Pradesh Police; Wushu — Champions: SSB; Runners-up: CRPF; Third: ITBP; Taekwondo (Men) — Champions: CISF; Runners-up: BSF; Third: Uttar Pradesh Police. Taekwondo (Women) — Champions: Uttar Pradesh Police; Runners-up: CISF; Third: Assam Rifles; Pencak Silat — Champions: CISF; Runners-up: SSB; Third: Maharashtra ND and Karate — Champions: Assam Rifles; Runners-up: ITBP; Third: CISF.
Speaking on the occasion, Vijay Prakash, IPS, ADG/HQrs, CISF, congratulated all the winning teams and medallists, and encouraged athletes who did not win a medal to treat the experience as a foundation for future success.
