Signature Global buys 194-acre Gurugram land
Realty firm Signature Global has acquired a total of 194 acres of land through direct purchase and a collaboration in Gurugram to develop an integrated ultra-luxury housing project with revenue potential of Rs 6,000 crore. In a regulatory filing on Friday, the company said it has “acquired and collaborated for a land parcel admeasuring approximately 194.22 acres situated at Farrukhnagar, District Gurugram, Haryana”.
Signature Global has outright purchased 25 acres of land and collaborated with a landowner for 169.22 acres. The company did not disclose the land cost, but sources said the 25-acre land has been purchased for Rs 150 crore. Signature Global informed the stock exchanges that it will develop an exclusive ultra-luxury farmhouse villa destination project on this 194-acre plot. It will develop 6.77 million square feet area in this upcoming project, with an estimated revenue of Rs 5,500-6,000 crore.
Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder and Chairman of Signature Global (India) Ltd, said, “Farrukhnagar has been on our radar for some time. Its proximity to the Dwarka Expressway and KMP Expressway, combined with the scale of open land available here, creates an opportunity to approach luxury living very differently.”
He said the company would not build conventional residential development on this land.
“The vision is to create an exceptionally private, low-density destination of luxury farmhouse villas for a select few, where space, greenery, privacy and curated experiences come together,” he added.
Signature Global has so far delivered 19.2 million sq ft of real estate. In the 2025–26 fiscal, the company recorded pre-sales of Rs 8,250 crore, making it the fifth-largest listed real estate firm in terms of sales bookings.
Signature Global has set a sales bookings target of Rs 10,000 crore for the current 2026-27 financial year.
