Punjab & Sind Bank celebrates its 119th Foundation Day
Punjab & Sind Bank celebrated its 119th Foundation Day with great enthusiasm and a spirit of public service. On this occasion, the Regional Office, Lucknow, took significant steps towards expanding banking services by inaugurating six new branches and dedicating a newly renovated model branch to the public.
The newly inaugurated branches include Unnao City (Unnao), Vrindavan Colony (Lucknow), Jankipuram Extension (Lucknow), Kamta Chauraha Chinhat (Lucknow), Berwa (Hardoi), and Sandila (Hardoi). In addition, the Vikas Nagar Branch, Lucknow, has been upgraded and dedicated to customers as a modern model branch equipped with enhanced facilities.
As part of the Foundation Day celebrations, a blood donation camp and a free dental health check-up camp were organised at the Vikas Nagar Model Branch premises. Bank officials, employees, and local residents participated enthusiastically in these initiatives. The blood donation camp reinforced the message of service to society and humanity, while a large number of people benefited from health consultations and dental check-ups.
Addressing the gathering, Rajiv Kumar Bansal, General Manager, said that Punjab & Sind Bank has always remained committed to supporting the weaker and underprivileged sections of society. He stated that the bank’s 119th Foundation Day is not only a celebration of its achievements but also a reaffirmation of its commitment to fulfilling its social responsibilities with greater dedication.
