NTA launches ‘Pariksha Karmayogi’ Programme to strengthen NEET UG 2026 exam conduct

In a major step towards strengthening the examination system, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has launched the ‘Pariksha Karmayogi’ programme aimed at training officials involved in conducting national-level entrance examinations, including NEET UG 2026.
The initiative focuses on enhancing the skills of examination functionaries, ensuring greater transparency, efficiency, accountability, and security in the exam process. The programme comes amid continued efforts to improve the credibility and smooth conduct of competitive examinations across the country.
According to officials, the training module will equip personnel with best practices in exam management, technology-driven monitoring, crisis handling, and candidate support mechanisms. The move is expected to minimize operational lapses and strengthen public confidence in the examination system.
The NTA said the programme aligns with its broader reforms to ensure fair, secure, and seamless conduct of exams while maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
