Lindsay Lohan, Henry Golding to star in Netflix film 'Return to You'

Actors Lindsay Lohan and Henry Golding are set to star together in Netflix's upcoming film “Return to You”.
Lohan, known for films including “Mean Girls” and “Herbie”, will play a powerful but lonely female attorney who mistakenly receives an emotional DVD that a dying woman had intended for her husband, played by Golding, according to entertainment news outlet Deadline.
Using clues from the DVD, the attorney sets out to find the man it was meant for, setting the film's story in motion.
“Return to You” marks Lohan's reunion with filmmaker Mark Waters, who previously directed her in “Mean Girls” and “Freaky Friday”. Waters will direct the film from a screenplay by Eric Champnella.
The movie is produced by Brad Krevoy, alongside Lohan, with Olivia Krevoy, Jimmy Townsend, Galen Fletcher and Champnella serving as executive producers.
The project marks another collaboration between Waters and Netflix following their recent film “La Dolce Villa”.
Lohan will next be seen in “Count My Lies”, a thriller limited series for Hulu that also stars Shailene Woodley.
Golding, best known for “Crazy Rich Asians”, recently appeared in “Another Simple Favor” as Sean. The 2025 film also starred Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick.
