Indian girl was victim of Epstein, files reveal
The latest files released in connection with the Jeffrey Epstein scandal reveal that an Indian girl was also a victim, and US authorities were trying to locate her to pay compensation from the victims’ fund. The communication between US officials dated January 13, 2020, directs coordination with the embassy in India to locate the victim.
The official details are blacked out in the released email titled ‘Epstein Victims’. “The New York Crime Victims Compensation link is www.ny.gov. Please have them complete an application and send it to me. I will forward them directly to the FBI paperwork. For individuals in Florida, please have the identified therapist contact me, and we will request the 6 sessions to be covered through our emergency victim assistance.”
“And lastly, regarding the individual located in India. If you can get me her address and contact information, I will coordinate with our colleagues at the embassy there. Please call me if you have any additional questions,” said the email communication between US officials in awarding victims’ compensation. This email is after Epstein’s death in August 2019.
Another interesting email is between Bill Gates and Epstein on a target meeting with then Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan. The email, dated June 5, 2014, asks, “Is Dr Vardhan your target meeting in Sept 17 in India?” Bill Gates asks.
One of the latest released emails talks about Dilip Cherian, a leading PR company promoter. Epstein’s associate, Gino You, on April 2, 2017, asks him whether he is interested in meeting Cherian. “Are you interested in meeting my friend Dilip, who is very influential in India? He is in Paris from April 3-6.
Just sold advertising and pr company for 160m usd,” said the communication between Gino You and Epstein.In another email dated June 10, 2018, one Jide Zeitlin talks to Epstein about fake news in India. “It was good talking with you this morning. As mentioned, the Indian headlines are both dated and false (‘fake news’ before that term was coined). This matter was fully vetted and cleared by the White House and the US Senate nine years ago. Also to clear, the false claims in India were against a company, IMIL.
I was a director of the company, but there was no claim that I had personally taken undue actions. There have been no new claims since that time, nine years ago. This was the case of individuals in India attempting to take advantage of a deep-pocketed foreign-funded company - an attempt to blackmail the company and me,” states the email on business affairs in India, ending: “At our recent lunch, we had a good laugh at what he called ‘Washington Theatre incited by Indian bad behaviour.”
In another email dated July 8, 2010, a lady (name is blacked out) shares her flight experience to Epstein about an elderly Indian man touching her. “I forgot to tell you, there was an old Indian man next to me on the plane who was drinking too much. He kept touching and talking to me and telling me how amazing I was. He fell asleep, and when he woke up, he put his arms around me and told me he loved me… I thought you were playing a joke on me!!!” said the email.
