Delhi CM visits Maa Vindhyavasini Temple

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta visited Maa Vindhya Vasini Temple in Vindhyachal on Saturday, offered prayers, and received a grand welcome from the BJP's Mahila Morcha. According to reports, Gupta arrived at Vindhya Dham in Mirzapur by road from Varanasi Airport at 1.35 pm.
In a post on X, Gupta said, "Jai Maa Vindhyavasini! At the Maa Vindhyavasini Dham in Mirzapur, I performed rituals and offered prayers at the sacred feet of the Mother Goddess, seeking happiness, prosperity, good health, and a blessed life for everyone. This sacred abode of Jagat Janani Maa Vindhyavasini has long been a divine centre of reverence, spiritual power, and unwavering faith. May the Mother's grace always be upon everyone."
In another post on X, the chief minister expressed her heartfelt gratitude to her BJP colleagues for camaraderie shown to her during journey from Varanasi to Mirzapur.
"This affection of yours infuses greater energy and inspiration into the resolve to serve the people," she said.
"Kashi — the sacred city of Baba Shri Kashi Vishwanath -- is not only the capital of the Sanatan faith, but has also emerged as a powerful symbol of the remarkable confluence of India's cultural consciousness, glorious heritage, and development under the visionary leadership of respected Prime Minister @narendramodi jee. May the blessings of Baba Vishwanath remain upon everyone," Gupta said in a post on X.
