Central Bank of India organises grand mega retail credit outreach programme

The Central Bank of India organised a grand “Retail Credit Outreach Programme” under its Delhi North Region with the objective of promoting retail banking and providing quick financial assistance to customers. During the programme, sanction letters amounting to Rs 123 crore were distributed to 114 customers under various retail loan schemes.
The chief guest of the programme was E Ratan Kumar, executive director, Central Office, Mumbai. In his address, he stated that the Central Bank of India remains continuously committed to delivering customer-centric banking, quick loan approvals, and digital banking services to every section of society. He urged customers to take advantage of the bank’s various retail schemes and become active participants in economic growth.
During the programme, Tarsem Singh Zira, zonal head, Delhi, said that the bank’s objective is to provide customers with simple, transparent, and prompt banking services, while supporting their housing, vehicle, education, and personal needs through retail loans. He added that the programme is an important initiative towards strengthening trust and relationships between the bank and its customers.
