Book on Gita, Gurbani-led wellness launched in Delhi

Senior RSS functionary Indresh Kumar has asserted that “not harming anyone is the greatest health”.
He was speaking at the launch of Nirogta Ke Sutra, a book on healthy, balanced living rooted in Gurbani and the Bhagavad Gita. “Not harming anyone is the greatest health,” Kumar said. “To harm others, one harbours jealousy and anger, which sicken body and mind.” He urged living life as a mission and stressed healthy thoughts for a healthy society. The book, by RSS volunteer Dr Sham Lal Kathpalia, was released in the presence of Union MoS and Delhi BJP chief Harsh Malhotra, Dadhichi Deh Daan Samiti founder Alok Kumar, spiritual guru Baba Bhupinder Singh Patiala, and educationist Dr Ved Tandon. Malhotra lauded Kathpalia’s efforts.
Speakers dubbed Kathpalia’s life an example of Indian culture, service, and spirituality. Dr Tandon said true health begins by looking within. The event concluded with children reciting the Gita’s 15th chapter, Purushottam Yoga in Sanskrit.
