Sanitation worker set ablaze after attack at Adoni bus stand

A municipal sanitation contract worker was allegedly attacked and set ablaze by two unidentified women at the Adoni RTC bus stand, according to reports.
The victim was identified as Narasamma. The two women allegedly threw chilli powder into Narasamma's eyes before pouring petrol on her and setting her on fire.
Narasamma suffered severe burn injuries in the incident and was rushed to a hospital for treatment.
Police have launched an investigation to identify the two attackers and determine the motive behind the alleged attack.
