Yogi congratulates men's hockey team for winning bronze

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath congratulated the Indian men's hockey team for winning the bronze medal in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics on Thursday.

"Today, the Indian men's hockey team won the bronze medal with a historic performance in the Tokyo Olympics. Today's success has added a golden chapter in the history of Indian hockey. The entire nation is proud of this unforgettable achievement of 'Team India'. Hearty congratulations 'Team India'. Jai Hind!," the chief minister posted in a tweet on Thursday.

In another tweet, Yogi wrote, "Today, on the historic date of August 5, another history has been created. 'Team India', Jai Hind!”

This tweet was probably about the Bharatiya Janata Party-led Union government’s decision two years back when Article 370 relating to Jammu and Kashmir was abrogated and on the same day last year, the foundation of Ram temple was laid in Ayodhya by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
