After the farming community especially mango growers sustained considerable loss due to Friday night’s hailstorm, lightening and thunderstorm, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath promptly directed officials to asses the losses and ensure relief to the farmers as soon as possible.
A government communique released on Saturday, confirmed that the CM had issued directive in this regard to all district magistrates and other officials.
Yogi also asked to facilitate medical and other facilities to those injured due to the hail storm or lightening. On Friday night, hail storm accompanied by thunder and lightning lashed parts of the state causing huge loss to farmers.
