Oblivious of defeat in the lok Sabha by polls, Yogi Adityanath government will hold a big function on Monday in the state capital to celebrate the first anniversary of the BJP government in power in Uttar Pradesh.
With a theme ‘ Ek Sal- Bai Mishal’, the government will hold a function at the lok Bhawan here on Monday at 1100 hrs.
UP Governor Ram Naik, assembly speaker Hridya Narain Dikshit along with all the ministers, MPs and legislators of the party are likely to participate in this function.
Yogi Adityanath government took the oath of office on March 19,2017. But the recent debacle in the Gorakhpur and Phulpur lok Sabha bypolls, the government was on back foot as earlier it was planned to invite Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP presidet Amit Shah on the day.
Officials here on Sunday said that there would be a 10 minutes audio-visual presentation of the one year rule of the BJP government and thereafter the governor, CM and others would speak about the achievements of the government.
The Yogi government will also release a booklet to showcase the achievement of the government in just one year of their rule.
Meanwhile, UP BJP will also hold separate programmes to celebrate the first anniversary of the UP government and has drawn up an elaborate fortnight long plan still April 6 to reach to every household in the villages to aware them about the achievements of the Yogi as well as Narendra Modi government.
