In a tragic incident, a woman killed her 3-year-old nephew for `black magic’ in Amroha.

The child's body was found chopped into pieces on Wednesday evening. The child had been missing for three days.

Reports said that pieces of his body were found in a plastic bag in Malakpur village under Adampur police station limits. A crowd gathered at the spot and the police were informed about the bag. The parents of the child accused his aunt of killing him for black magic. She has been taken into custody and an investigation into this mystery murder is underway.

The child had gone missing three days back and his parents had filed a complaint with the police after searching for him. Three days later, the mutilated body of the missing child was found packed in a plastic bag on Wednesday evening. As all her three children had died after birth, the accused woman started practising black magic and allegedly killed the child.

The victim's mother, Rajbala, alleged that her sister-in-law was responsible for the child's murder and demanded that she be hanged to death.

“A case was registered after the child went missing but during this period, the body parts of the child were found, and further investigation is underway," police said.

Meanwhile, a Class II student of an Agra school was beaten up mercilessly by the manager of the educational institution for not wearing the uniform. The boy fainted due to excessive beating.

When the child gained consciousness he was sent home, along with a teacher of the school.

When parents and other relatives learnt about the ordeal of the child, they went to the Malpura police station to file a complaint against the school management. The family members of the victim also demanded stringent action against the manager of the school.

The shocking incident took place on Wednesday in Dhanauli Kasba of Agra district.

“Based on a complaint filed by the child's father, an FIR was registered against Yashpal Singh, the manager of the school. Besides, the victim was sent to a hospital for medical examination. Action will be taken against the school manager accordingly," said Tejveer Singh of Malpura police station in-charge.

Sahab Singh, the father of the victim, said that his son was studying in Class II at Raj Public School at Nagla Bhagat in Dhanauli Kasba area of Agra district.

Yashpal Singh, the erring manager of the school, said, "The child was mischievous and used to pick up fights with other students. On Wednesday, he came to school without wearing a uniform. Hence, he was punished."
