Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav said when his party would come to power in UP, the government would withdraw all cases registered against those associated with anti-CAA protests.
He said in the 2022 Assembly elections in UP, there would be a historic change and the SP would emerge as the powerhouse of the state.
“People will come in support of the Samajwadi Party just to save democracy,” he said.
Akhilesh Yadav said his party would make alliance with smaller parties and the doors for the smaller parties were always open.
“We can promise that when we come to power in UP all the cases related to CAA/NRC and other fake cases registered against the people for opposing the government would be withdrawn,” he said.
