Vijay Bahadur Singh may join BJP

Published on:

Speculations are rife that expelled Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) leader and lok Sabha Member from Hamirpur in Bundelkhand region, Vijay Bahadur Singh, might join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Singh was expelled from the BSP for openly supporting Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi. BSP supreme Mayawati handed over his expulsion for anti-partyactivities. The senior BJP leaders are, however, tightlipped over the issue and avoiding to make any comment. As per the speculations, Singh might join the BJP and the party can even field him from the same seat in the coming elections. BSP had already refused to re-nominate him for the coming lok Sabha elections from Hamirpur seat. Singh had defended Modi on his puppy statement.
