Verma stress for an urgent improvment of law and order situation

Accusing Samajwadi Party for dismal performance of opposition parties including Congress in the recent Parliament elections, former Union Minister and member of All India Congress Working Committee, Beni Prasad Verma stressed an urgent need of improving law and order situation, besides checking rampant corruption. He even advocated that if Akhilesh Yadav is unable to deliver the responsibility than Mulayam  Singh Yadav should step in and use his experience to set the House in order.

``The defeat of Congress in last Parliament elections is also due to poor show of Samajwadi Party government in the State as Akhilesh Yadav failed to put a check on deteriorating law and order besides the corruption is also making a record under the present state government’s regime”, claimed Verma, while  adding that the manner in which the communal riots were handled in Western UP by ruling SP Government had just facilitated the victory of Bharatiya Janta Party. Verma, made  above claims while reacting to a question whether they would so with Samajwadi Party in the next Assembly elections, here on Thursday afternoon.

``Amit Shah, is a big manipulator and now he is also president of the Bharatiya Janta Party so he and Prime minister, Narendra Modi, whom I thought to have masterminded the Kanth issue in Moradabad which again disturbed the communal harmony, would keep on adopting such tactics to polarise the voters and came in power here at UP also”, alleged Verma, saying that some tough measures should be taken against such evil design of the BJP leaders otherwise the entire society would suffer.

CWC member even apprehended fall of SP Government mush before it’s tenure. ``I had information that Amit Shah and it’s company is on the job to lure Samajwadi Party legislators to defact and join BJP so that Centre could easily dissolve in the State Assembly on the pretext of SP losing majority in the House and conduct fresh elections much before it’s schedule in 2017”, asserted Verma.

Raising his fingure on failure of Akhilesh Yadav’s government to  successfully deliver  his responsibility as chief minister, Verma further said that Samajwadi Party supremo should review the on-going conditions in the State and taken necessary steps. ``I think that Akhilesh Yadav had failed to deliver his job successfully so either Mulayam Singh Yadav should guide him to improve the things particularly checking law and order and controlling rampant corruption, or he (Mulayam) should himself take the job of chief minister and use his experience to check communal agenda of BJP otherwise not only the  SP but Congress would also suffer just like they faced in the recent Parliament elections”, Verma added.
