UP government on Thursday affected major reshuffle in the state administration by shifting 30 officials of the Indian Administrative Services (IAS) and 50 officials of the Provincial Civil Services (PCS) in the state.

According to official sources here, Secretary Health Murli Manohar lal has posted as the divisional commissioner of Devipatan division replacing Vijay Bahadur Singh, who comes to lucknow as the director of the social welfare department in place of Markandey Singh, who has been shifted to the Agriculture Production commissioner (APC) branch as Special Secretary.

Chief Development Officer Mainpuri Deepak Meena has been shifted in the same capacity to Saharanpur district while Joint Magistrate Muzaffarnagar Ujjawal Kumar has been made CDO Mainpuri. Joint magistrate lakhimpur Kheri Ankit Kumar Agarwal has been made CDO Muzaffarnagar; CDO Ambedkarnagar Manna Akhtar will be CDO Gorakhpur.
