The state government is all set to stop the 84 kosi parikrama scheduled to start on Aug 25and the hectic preparation has started from Thursday said a spokesman of the district administration . to execute the security plan a meeting of the top officials of the police department was held at the collectorate and the ADG law and order Arun kumar IG zone subhash Chandra discussed the plan of the security with the IG gorakhpur DIG’s of Faizabad Gonda Basti and gorakhpur .
The Faizabad DM Bipin Kumar diwedi and the SSp KB Singh were also present in the meeting. Meanwhile the spokesman said that security forces have move for the temple city but they will be kept at distance so that could reach at the spot with duaration of one or two hours . the planning of the administration was to stop the seers and activists at any cost and do not allow them to join the parikrama ..He said that the security forces has been doubled than deployed at the time of sawan jhoola mela . presently 12 companies of PAC and 2 companies of RAF had been deployed in Ayodhya in addition to the permanent deployment of forces at Ram janam Bhoomi complex .
On the other hand the convener of the 84 kosi parikrama Dr Ram vilas vedanti said that the PArikrama would start at its scheduled time at 10 AM on Aug 25from nata ghat after worshiping saryu river and go ahead to makhora situated in Basti district . now thousands sof the seers of the temple city would join the parikram in the protest of the ban imposed b y the akhilesh government for the appeasement of muslims and SP govern ment would face dire consequences for it Dr Vedanti added . he said that he was busy in contacting the seers of temple city and urging them to join the the parikrama .
The media in charge of the VHP Sharad Sharma said that the leaders of the VHP and sangh parivar were holding meetings in the villages situated in both the sides of 84 kosi parikrama path in the range of 10 kilometers for making arrangements for the 40 halt points and also to counter the ban order by joining the parikrama and defying it by giving their court arrest .
Besides the twin cities of Ayodhya and Faizabad witnessed calm and peaceful . In Ayodhya devotees in various groups were seen roaming on roads and offering prayers in the prominent temples .
