Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while inaugurating and laying the foundation stones of projects worth Rs 242 crore in Muzaffarnagar, delivered a stern message to mafias, the corrupt and criminals, asserting that they are the ones suffering the most under the double-engine government.

The chief minister also issued a strong warning, stating that anyone endangering the safety of daughters will face severe consequences.

Addressing a gathering, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said: “The double-engine government is the destroyer of all mafias, corrupt individuals, criminals and those who harm the modesty of our sisters and daughters.”

He expressed pride in the positive transformation witnessed in Muzaffarnagar, where the people who once forced others to migrate are now shifting themselves.

Prioritising environmental conservation, Yogi Adityanath appealed to the citizens to plant one sapling each, and contribute to the government’s goal of planting 30 crore saplings across the state.

Emphasising the significance of trees in preserving water and combating global warming, Yogi Adityanath urged everyone to treat heritage trees with respect and refrain from cutting down trees older than a century.

Drawing parallels with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath cited successful projects like the revival of Kashi Vishwanath Dham, Somnath, Kedarnath, Badrinath, Mahakal and the ongoing construction of the grand Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya.

He emphasised that the country is entering a new phase of development and cultural preservation under the Central government’s guidance.

Taking a critical stance on previous administrations, Yogi Adityanath criticised their lack of commitment to heritage and development.

He asserted that the current government is dedicated to respecting people’s faith, ensuring the safety of citizens, and implementing inclusive welfare schemes without discrimination.

The chief minister highlighted the significant improvements in law and order in western Uttar Pradesh, ensuring the safety and security of the people, including the kanwariyas.

He emphasised that the government is committed to safeguarding traders and creating an environment conducive to growth and prosperity.

“The projects inaugurated during this event are expected to contribute significantly to the region’s progress and prosperity,” the chief minister said.
