Demanding withdrawal of fake cases against the BJP activists party’s state president Dr laxmi Kant Bajpai said that Moradabad district administration worked irresponsibly with an aim to benefit one sction of the society.
“The district administration was biased and worked under the directions of political masters just to please a section of society. It was a planned move to foment communal tension in the area and for the dalits of the region were targeted,” Dr Bajpai said addressing reporters here on Monday.
He said the loudspeaker in question was installed almost 2 and half years ago and was sent for repairing. “When this loudspeaker was re-installed the administration objected to it. The women who do kiratn in that temple were humiliated and beaten up,” he said.
He said many questions are being asked as why administration kept mum over misbehaviour with the women who were present at the temple when loudspeakers were removed.The police officials also went inside the religious place wearing shoes showing dis-respect to the religious feelings of the people.
State chief said that 46 people were arrested in two days. “The fake cases lodged into the issue should be withdrawn and the administration should keep an equal approach towards the temple and the under-construction mosque, he said.
