The state government effected changes in the responsibilities of two IAS officers on Sunday. According to the official communiqué the Trade Tax Commissioner Himashu Kumar has been kept in waiting list. The principal secretary Trade Tax Veeresh Kumar has been given the additional charge of the Trade Tax Commissioner.
