In a minor reshuffle the state government has transferred six Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officers besides relieved one officer from additional charge.
Secretary National Integration and High Education Arvind Narain Mishra has been made secretary health and family welfare, while Special Secretary National integration Pashupati Saxena, has been moved to the APC department in the same capacity.
Special Secretary General Administration Pushpa Singh has been made special Secretary in the APC department while Special Secretary Ms Amrita Sonia has been shifted to Food and Supply department in the same capacity.
Special Secretary Fisheries Pinky Joval has been made MD, Schedule Caste Financial development corporation. District Magistrate Kanpur city Ms Roshan Jacob has been relieved from the additional charge of MD KESCo.
Selva Kumar J, who was on waiting has been made MD of KESCo. Meanwhile, the UP government has also transferred 17 senior officers of the state Provincial Civil Services (PCS).
