Stage has been already set for first round of war between Congress general secretary and AAP leader Kumar Vishwas when Congress Yuvraj preponed his tour to his Parliamentary constituency and will address a rally on January 10 at Ramleela Maidan, the place where AAP leader will also launched his campaign with a rally on January 12. Earlier Rahul was scheduled to visit his Parliament constituency on January 12.
Sources said that the Congress workers were already burning midnight oil to prove that Amethi and Rae Bareli are like home for the Gandhi family and they will not allow any outsider (read Kumar Vishwas) to take fight with the
Gandhi scion. They had planned to celebrate the birthday of Priyanka Gandhi in a big way on the same day when Kumar Vishwas would start his political journey on January 12. Several camps will be also organised during Rahul’s visit to distribute tri-cycle and other gadgets to disabled persons. Priyanka is also likely to join her brother during his two day tour from January 10.
Congress vice-president who will reach Amethi on coming Friday will inaugurate a FM radio station and lay the foundation stone of a water bottling plant (Rail Neer)of Indian Railways. He will also inaugurate 9 branches of SBI on the day besides a Railway Shopping Complex. Sources said that he will also address a rally at Ramleela Maiden soon after the inauguration. The Congress vice-president, will be accompanied by Priyanka Vadra, who has been active in the party for the past couple of days.
On the next day Gandhi,who will be taking night halt at the SanjayGandhi Hospital guest house, will meet the party leaders to discuss upon the strategy for the coming lok Sabha. He is also likely to attend the meeting of the District Vigilance and Monitoring Committee. Earlier Gandhi was slated to visit Amethi on January 12 but had to prepone it as AAP is scheduled to hold the Jan Viswas rally on the same day. AAP leader Kumar Viswas has already announced to contest the coming lok Sabha against Gandhi from Amethi.
