SP supremo exuded confidence that a Third Front government will come to power at the Center.

Offering more sops for the farmers, students etc, Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav  exuded confidence that a Third Front government will come to power at the Center. 

“The people of this country were fed up with the misrule and corruption of both Congress and Bharatiya Janta Party’s led government in the Centre so this time the Third Front government will come to power and you all will give me a chance to lead the government at the Centre,” Samajwadi Party supremo told an election rally in Bhadohi district on Saturday afternoon.

Terming Congress government a “failure”, he claimed that gross domestic product of the country has reduced drastically  in their rule. The SP supremo claimed that after intrusion by China army in Indian territory two union ministers and several officials came to take his suggestions.”When I asked about the roads and fencing done during my regime as the defense minister, they failed to give a reply. It was told that the roads were damaged and it was not repaired by Congress and BJP,” he said.

Mulayam said that if his party forms the government at the centre,  Dalit and dowry acts would be amended so that an innocent person is not wrongly framed. The SP supremo promised that if voted to power, facilities would be provided to farmers and Muslims to improve the condition of agriculture sector and weavers, besides free education to students and allowance would be given to unemployed youths. 

``My son Akhilesh Yadav had already fulfilled promises made by the Party during last Assembly elections so I was confident that the people would now give Samajwadi Party at least one chance at the Centre also so more beneficial decisions for  welfare of the people could be taken”, Mulayam asserted while assuring that Third Front government would check rising prices as people were largely hit by it under the misrule of Congress led government.
