In a tragic mishap, son of a Samajwadi Party MlA was killed when his car rammed into a truck at Jalalpur locality on NH 24 at Sitapur on Friday morning. Two of the occupants were also injured in the mishap. They were shifted to hospital. A case was registered in this regard and body was sent for post-mortem examination.
Meanwhile Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav also condoled the death of son of his Party MlA. He paid his condolences to the family members and prayed for peace for the departed soul. According to reports, 30-year-old Shailendra Jaiswal, son of SP MlA from Sitapurconstituency Radhey Shyam Jaiswal, was coming to lucknow from Sitapur when his Tavera car rammed into a truck while trying to over take it in the Khairabad area, on Friday morning. While Shailendra died on the spot, his driver and a gunner, who were also in the car were also injured. They have been admitted to the district hospital where condition of both has been stated to be critical.
