SP has no will to fight corruption: BJP

Reacting to the induction of kin of jailed BSP minister Babu Singh Kushwaha into the Samajwadi Party, the BJP said that the induction proves that the SP does not have the political will to fight corruption and criminals. BJP spokesman Vijay Bahadur Pathak said that Kushwaha’s family has found a political asylum in the
Samajwadi Party.

"The leaders joined the SP because it harbours corrupt and criminals," he said. State BJP chief Dr laxmi Kant Bajpai went a step forward
and asked SP national chief Mulayam Singh Yadav to reveal the amount of money that exchanged hands. "People want to know what is the deal between Kushwaha
and the Samajwadi Party.

What kind of concessions would the former BSP minister get in this government," he querried and added that Kushwaha is epitome of corruption and now his ki is part of the ruling Samajwadi Party. He said that the Government should also clarify the fate of corruption cases pending against Kushwaha. "The Congress might be involved in this deal and probably this induction was carried out under the directives of the Congress," said Bajpai.
