The ruling Samajwadi party and the BJP have dismissed the charges leveled by the Bahujan Samaj party chief Mayawati against them while addressing her party rally here on Sunday. Samajwadi party said that it would be better for the BSP to set its own house in order rather then commenting on its political rivals while the BJP rejecting the charges of BSP said Mayawati has lost her mental balance following the ground swell of support for the Bharatiya Janata party under the leadership of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The BJP state president Keshav Maurya said `` rattled by the growing support for the BJP in UP, Mayawati has lost her mental balance and out of sheer frustration she is venting here anger at the media journalists and the TV channels’. He said in 2012 soon after losing the state assembly elections Mayawati lefty for Delhi and remained there for next four years and with the state assembly elections round the corner she is shedding crocodile tears on the sorry state of affairs in UP.
Accusing Mayawati of being hand in glove with the Samajwadi party and an ignorant politician BJP leader said `` Even after being the chief minister of UP for four time Mayawati is yet to learn that law and order, road, electricity, water and excise are the state subjects and the Center has no role in these matters yet she blamed the NDA government at the Center for the lapses of the Akhilesh Yadav government’’.
BJP state president advised Mayawati to comment on the centrally sponsored schemes only after obtaining the relevant facts. `` She has made herself a laughing stock by alleging that the scheme of financial inclusion `` Jan Dhan Yojna’ is for the benefit of the industrial houses and the businessmen. ``Even an illiterate person that zero balance accounts are being opened under Jan Dhan Yojna and poorest of the poor are the beneficiary of the schema’’, said Maurya.
Alleging a secret deal between the SP and the BSP, Maurya said ``both the parties have protected the corrupt leaders of each others party as the lokayukta had indicted 22 ministers in the previous BSP government in serious charges of corruption and Akhilesh Yadav has not taken action any of the minister in last more than 4 years of his rule’’..
State SP president Shvipal Yadav said ``instead of leveling charges on the Samajwadi party, it would be better for the BSP to set its own house in order as there is exodus in the party and the BSP leaders are leaving the party in droves’’. He said BSP is on the verge of extinction in UP and with the strength of the hired crowed it will be in no position to bid for power in UP elections in 2017.
Rejecting the charges of deteriorating law and order in the state, Shivpal Yadav said `` besides reading her speech from the prepared text , Mayawati should also read newspapers and go through the report of the National crime record bureau which says that the in 28 state the incidence of crime is higher than UP’’.
