Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh criticised the Union government for the delay in transporting the body of India’s ambassador to Palestine, Mukul Arya to Delhi. Arya had died in Palestine some days back.
“It is the nadir of insensitivity of the Centre towards an eminent diplomat who died under mysterious circumstances in Palestine.
Arya died four days back but the union government was yet to bring the body to the country so that it could be handed over to Arya’s family. The Foreign ministry is silent over the cause of his death. Our minister for External Affairs posted a tweet only about Arya’s death,” he said.
