Refusing to tender any apology on the alleged abusing word used during Party protest on Thursday, senior Bahujan Samaj Party leader Nasimuddin Siddique, on Friday strongly defended workers action. He also charged Bharatiya Janta Party for conspiring with the family to give new twist to the incident just to save the accused.
``The Party workers are in full of anger so what everyone said during protest on Thursday is just to register our ire and there in nothing wrong in it” asserted Siddique while defending the Party from allegation of using derogatory words during their protest on Thursday. Siddique defended above while addressing a press conference here on Friday evening to react to registering of FIR against them.
``Yes, we used the work Dog for Daya Shankar Singh just as what the BJP leader did was an act of an animal”, confessed Siddique. However he refuted charges of using any objectionable words on Singh’s wife or daughter. ``Yes, the Party leaders asked to produce Singh’s wife and daughter but we are not against them but we just wanted to ask Singh’s family how they had felt about such derogatory remarks used against our president Mayawati by Singh”, clarified Siddiqui while refusing to tender any apology on the matter.
Reacting to Singh’s family members move to come against the BSP’s protest and also to get a case registered against Mayawati and senior BSP leaders Siddique said that it was well orchestrated conspiracy of Bharatiya Janta Party to defame BSP leaders and also to divert the attention just to save Daya Shankar Singh, whom they claimed to have expelled from the Party.
Meanwhile when asked about the next move of BSP as the ultimatum of 36-hours for arrest of Daya Shankar Singh had already expired, Siddique said that now on coming Monday, the Party leaders would again hold demonstration at all divisional head-quarters except for lucknow, where they already hold a massive demonstration on Thursday.
