The murder of a school girl in state capital rocked the state assembly at opposition parties raised the issue in zero hour demanding suspension of the police officials and compensation to the family of the victim.
The issue was raised as soon as the House assembled with BSP and Congress members trouped in the well of the House raising anti-government slogans. BJP staged protest over reported statement by a minister on trader community. After creating ruckus BSP and Congress staged noisy walkout of the House. Both the parties demanded suspension of the district police officials and compensation to the girl’s family.
