The ‘Arakshan Bachao Sangharsh Samiti’ - an umbrella outfit of Schedule Caste officers and employees fighting for the cause of reservation in promotion for dalit employees, has asked PM Narendra Modi to come out clear on the issue of reservation in promotion. The Samiti has said that the PM should clear the stand by December 6 - the death anniversary of Dr Ambedkar. The Samiti said that if the Union government fails to spell out its stand then the Samiti will launch `halla bol’ stir from December 7 and run a campaign dubbing Modi as ‘anti-dalit’.
