The Government has sanctioned Rs. 37 crore against the total amount of Rs. 74 crore provisioned in the current financial year for marriage of daughters of poor parents belonging to the minority community.
A government order in this regard has been issued by the Minorities Welfare Department and the sanctioned amount has been kept at the disposal of the Director, Minorities Welfare Department.
