Chief secretary Alok Ranjan on Thursday directed the officials engaged in Agra-lucknow Express-way project to start contruction work of over-bridges and bridges within a month and said the site of the primary and junior schools in Jallliaymau in lucknow district and Talasarai village in Unnao will also be shifted.
He said that its blue-print and work to select the suitable site will begin within a week.It is to be mentioned the existing structure is creating hinderance in its progress. Besides, the district magistrates are instructed to attend any complaints or problems in this regard on top priority.
He also warned the officials of electricity department of strict disciplinary action if they are not prompt and efficient in suppyling regular power. Chief scretary was reviewing the project which were attended by officials to different departments engaged in the project.
He said that existing 86 hand pumps at its different sites would be replaced by tubewells with in a week. Besides, the work is in progress to rehabalitate those villagers whose villages uprooted in its execution, the chief added.
