With incharge of the Party affairs here in UP, Madhusudan Mistri already taking round of the State meeting leaders at all eight zonal levels, now Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to make a two-day visit to his parliamentary constituency Amethi from coming Tuesday.
He will be reportedly accompanied by his sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, party sources confirmed on Saturday. Both Rahul and Priyanka, who is regularly nursing her mother Sonia Gandhi’s Parliamentary constituency Rae Bareli, would stay two days in Amethi during which they will concentrate on strengthening the organization. According to Rahul's local representative, Chandra Kant Dubey, the Congress leader will hold a review meeting with party office-bearers and also visit villages in the constituency to meet the people. Rahul is also likely to hold chaupals to get first hand information of the on-going development work. Priyanka is likely to do the same in Rae Bareli before the duo will fly back together on Wednesday evening.
