Continuing his attack on Narendra Modi,  Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, on 11day of his `Deoria se Dilli Kisan Yatra’, had further attacked Prime Minister accusing his of ignoring the farmers and sheltering those who had duped the country with thousand and thousands crore of public money.

“During my Khat Sabha, some farmers took away charpoy (Khat) with them as they were lying unclaimed after my interaction with them. The Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) leaders and other persons termed those farmers as `thieves’ but I thought that poor persons who were facing starvation had done nothing wrong”, asserted Rahul Gandhi. ``I wanted to ask a question to BJP leaders especially Narendra Modi that you called poor farmers who took cot as thieves but the millionaire like Vijay Mallua run away with over Rs 10,000 crore of public money, and the prime minister of this country instead of getting him arrested, giving the industrialists shelter by making no legal proceedings”, alleged Rahul Gandhi while addressing thousands of farmers who turned up in large number to interact with him during `Khat Sabha’ held in BNV Inter College at Hamirpur.

Rahul claimed that Modiji had no concern for poor and farmers and entire National Democratic Alliance government in the Centre is working to forward all facilities and waiving of over 1 lakh crore of loans pending against top 15 industrialists of the country. ``Kisan trast hai but Modiji Mast Hai”, he added.

Rahul even took a jibe at PM calling ``Modiji selfie lene aur vada karne ki machine hai”, adding that he not believed in fake promises to win elections but whatever he (Rahul) or his Party had committed during elections, they fulfilled it.  Congress vice-president while assuring to waive off farmers loan, cutting the electricity bill to half and raising Minimum Support Price (MSP), etc thanked the farmers to attend his meeting in large number even after hot a humid day. ``I can see that you all are sweating in this hot weather but only this `sweat’ on your faces gave me strength to take up your fight after completing by Kisar Yatra”, Rahul said.

Earlier Rahul Gandhi garlanded statue of Ambedkar in Ambedkar Chauraha in Jalaun and also hold a `road show’ from Dalganjan Singh Tiraha passing through Bajariya, Bajriya Market Road,  Talab, Ghantaghar, Churahar, and concluding at Brahmanand lodhi Kurti.
