It may be mentioned that Raja Bhaiyya could not be contacted for his comments on the said allegations.

Manoj Tiwari, who made complaint against Raja Bhaiya, claimed here before the media persons on Friday afternoon that he had submitted a diary to the SIT in which detail about investment by Raja Bhaiyya has been mentioned. He alleged that these investments has been made by Raja Bhaiyya with the money which he earned illegally in the food grains scam already under probe by the sleuths of the Central Bureau of Investigation. Manoj, who is a local Bahujan Samaj party (BSP) leader of Pratapgarh, and had parted ways with Raja Bhaiyya, further alleged that in the diary it has been clearly written that Rs 135 crores have been given to the tainted Noida engineer, Yadav Singh, Rs 35 crore to Ashok Chaturvedi of the Uniflex company owner along with several other small time investments.

‘’ I had complained to the SIT to investigate in the black money earned by the minister through food grain scam whichrocked the state during the previous Mulayam Singh Yadav regime. He claimed that it was unfortunate that CBI is making all out effort to shuttle the investigation even after High Court and Supreme Courts directives and to bail out controversial powerful minister in the state government. He said that finding no other way to get legal proceedings initiated against Raja Bhaiyya, he was forced to go before the SIT, he claimed.

Manoj also said that the CBI is already investigating into the first diary given by Raja Bhaiyya’s former personal secretary, Rajiv Yadav, in which all the details of the money collected in the food grain scam was noted.  Now the SIT has been given the second diary allegedly of the minister in which the details about his investment has been mentioned.  However, Manoj, failed to provide any written details about his complaint which he handed over to the SIT.
