The proposed divisional level meetings of the UPCC commencing from May 14 had been cancelled . According to the UPCC spokesman Veerendra Madan these meetings were to be attended by the UPCC chief Nirmal Khatri but now they stands cncelled for some unavoidable reasons. The cancellation of these meetings have yet again given speculations about the fate of Nirmal Khatri as a section of the party does not rule out the possibility of change of guard.
