Reacting sharply to death of Khalid Muzahid, a terror case accused, in police custody the communist party of India (CPI) state secretariat on Sunday termed it as one more black act by UP Police.
Condemning the incident, CPI state secretary Dr. Girish said, Samajwadi party government was projecting itself benevolent to Muslims but incidents were indicating in quite opposite direction. Demanding action against guilty police officials, he said, had government pursued this case properly police would have not got chance to hatch conspiracy leading to death of the accused.
