Even as Uttar Pradesh governor Ran Naik has denied of any constitutional crisis in the state over the dispute in the ruling g Samajwadi Party, senior SP leader Naresh Agarwal has regretted the expulsion of Party leader in Rajya Sabha  Ram Gopal Yadav from the party.  He said the expulsion of the one of the founder member of the party was most unfortunate.

The governor Ram Naik said here on Sunday that there is no constitutional crisis in the SP government hence there is no question if his intervention.  “I am keeping a close watch on the situation and will act as per the requirement,” he said while adding that ``chief minister Akhilesh Yadav has sent the recommendations for the sacking of four ministers only’’.

The Rajya Sabha MP and senior SP leader Naresh Agarwal said that ouster of Ram Gopal is not the solution of the crisis and the charges made against him holds no substance.  “How can the Party be strengthened when a senior leader like Ram Gopal Yadav who has served the party with dedication since its inception is shown the door without being given the opportunity to explain his side of the dispute” said Naresh Agarwal hereon Sunday. He said that the meeting of the national executive of the Samajwadi party be convened immediately to discuss the reason behind the dispute and to get a solution. .

“The party went on to expel Ram Gopal even as the real person behind the dispute was not even touched and the concerns of chief minister Akhilesh Yadav were not addressed,” he said with a veiled attack on Amar Singh.
