Unidentified miscreants shot dead a vegetable vendor in Moradabad district on Saturday night. The victim Abul Hasan (48) was sleeping at his shop at Mehndi Trisection of Asaalatpur locality under Galsaheed police station area when he was attacked. The police registered a case in this connection and started the investigation. The police said the victim was a history sheeter criminal and believed that he would have been killed out of rivalry. The police had identified some miscreants and are conducting raids for their arrest.
