The UP Government has appointed members to the three-member Appellate Authority constituted to hear the cases against the orders passed by lokpals named under the MNREGA as per the guidelines of the Government of India.
These appointed members are Subhash Chandra Srivastava of lucknow, Arjun Prasad Pandey of Ambedkarnagar and Bhulan Sharma of Allahabad.
An order to this effect has been issued by the Rural Development Commissioner, Shri Parthsarthi Sen Sharma. These members have been appointed for a period of two years.
