The UP Industrial Development Minister Satish Mahana called on the Union Minister for PWD Nitin Gadkar, in New Delhi today. He acquainted the Union Minister with the actual progress of construction work going on COD flyover in Kanpur. He requested Gadkari to ensure completion of the flyover within the stipulated period. He said that timely completion of the flyover would provide much relief to the people of Kanpur.
Mahana informed the Union Minister that the investors had evinced keen interest in investing in the state during the Investors’ Summit. He said that over 1045 entrepreneurs had signed MOUs for setting up their venture in the state. He said that the investors were eager to setup industries in Kanpur district. To facilitate setting up of industries in Kanpur, road connectivity is very important, he added.
