Prominent Deobandi cleric and general secretary of the Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, Maulana Mehmood Madani slammed UP minister Azam Khan for justifying the killings of innocent French civilians in a terror strike by the ISIS in Paris.
Maulana Madni said, “There can never be any ‘if and but’, ‘action and reaction’. The dastardly killings can never be justified and have to be condemned in categorical manner. There is absolutely no justification for killing innocents.”
Soon after the Paris mayhem, Khanhad said that the terror strike was a reaction against the bombings of towns and villages of mid-eastern nations by the NATO forces. He had later added that ‘killing of innocents anywhere was not justified’.
Former Raya Sabha MP of Rashtriya lok Dal, Maulana Madni said that Jamait Ulma Hind would soon organise a nationwide protest against terrorism. He also said that there is no place better than India for Muslims and added that as long as countries do not stop harbouring terrorists, the scourge will persist.
