So far 150 teachers have been trained under “leadership by Consensus” scheme. Two senior bureaucrats Parth Sarathi Sen Sharma and Jitendra Kumar are also taking part in that teaching programme, the spokesman said.
“The Education department aims to transform the system through Zero Investment in Education Initiative under which every stacke holder needs to be sensitized about the need of change in education system,” the spokesman said.
The Aurobindo Society is helping to take this scheme at the ground level by educating teachers. Earlier this society had trained 13,000 teachers in 50 districts.
